NOTE: Please do not attempt to download large photo or video files if
you are on an unstable connection. And if you do not have a DSL, T3, T1,
CABLE MODEM, or ISDN LINE, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD ZIP FILES OVER
3MB!!!
Firewall Issues
If you experience the problem of receiving only a small file, or being
sent to the sign-up page after clicking on the link to download the movie,
you may be behind a firewall. You will have to temporarily disable the
firewall to download the ZIP files.

Accelerator Issues
If you are not able to download a video, and after clicking the download
link and you are sent to another page, you have a download accelerator
running in your browser. Here are a few articles on how to resolve this
issue:

How can I uninstall Download Accelerator Plus?
To uninstall Download Accelerator Plus, either use the Uninstall utility
under DAP's program group in the Start menu, or the Windows Control
Panel "Add/Remove Programs" utility. The change will take
effect after you restart your browser. NOTE: Please make sure to exit
Download Accelerator Plus before starting the uninstall operation.
How can I temporarily disable Download Accelerator Plus?
Press the ALT key (while clicking on a hyperlink) in order to temporarily
disable the browser integration of Download Accelerator Plus.

Error Message When You Try to Download a File: Download Accelerator
Error
SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft Internet Explorer and attempt to download a
file over the Internet, you may experience the following behavior:
* An additional toolbar is displayed in your browser window, and the
File Download dialog box looks different than the Internet Explorer
File Download dialog box.
-and-
* When you click Start Download in the Download File Info dialog box
that is displayed on your screen, you may receive the following error
message:
Retry the download of file name
When you click Retry Now , you may receive the message again. After
you click Retry Now several times, you may then receive the following
error message:
Download Accelerator Error
Connection to site failed: An invalid argument was supplied while trying
to download file name
where file name is the name of the file that you are attempting to download.
As a result, you may be unable to download the file. CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Download Accelerator Plus from SpeedBit is
installed on your computer.
To work around this issue, uninstall Download Accelerator Plus from
your computer. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start , point to Settings , and then click Control Panel .
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs .
NOTE : Because there are several versions of Windows, the following
steps may be different on your computer. If they are, please consult
your product documentation to complete these steps.
3. In the Add/Remove Programs dialog box, click Download Accelerator
Plus in the Currently installed programs list, and then click Change/Remove
.
4. Click OK in response to the following message:
This uninstall must reboot your computer to replace/delete files that
were in use. Press the OK button to reboot your computer.
Software
You will need both RealPlayer 8 or RealOne to watch movies. This is the
movie viewer that all our videos are formatted in. You can download it
for free from www.real.com.
You will also need WinZip or a similar program that can uncompress all
the files you download from The Bondage Vault, both photos and videos.
You can download it for free from www.winzip.com.
Apple Users Note: RealOne is available for Mac OS
X. It rocks, you should download and use it! Also, you will need Stuff-It
Expander to open the files (it comes standard with mac OS). You can
then drag the .rm (video) file into RealPlayer and it will play automatically.
Or if you set up your RealPlayer correctly, you can just double click
the file and it will launch RealPlayer and play the video.
Problems With Internet Explorer 6 (via email)
I just got Windows XP and am still getting used to it. There is a setting
in IE6 under Tools, Internet Options, Privacy that allows cookies that
must be enabled (it is disabled by default) in order for the EZ Tokens
to work.
Actually I'm using i.e.6 and I accepted cookies, but unfortunately
I used a download accelerator (DAP) and this most probably was the reason
for the malfunction. Switching it off made the download happen. (Using
DAP I only received a small htm-file). Maybe this case at least can
be taken as another proof for your download/technical tips.
Norton Internet Security
This program must be turned off to work with ez tokens.
Opera Browser Issues (via email)
Opera is pretty cool, I downloaded the free version at www.opera.com.
Opera is a little different in that every time you open it, it will
ask you to decide if you want to use the "last saved session"
or a "new session". I use "saved session" as it
keeps all the preferences instead of dumping them ia a new session.
The new session purges the saved preferences and crashes upon opening
websites.
*Go to set preferences ...
*Go to "file"...then.... "preferences"
*go down the list until "multimedia"...enable show images,
gif ani., embed audio, java, plug ins, javascript.
*go down the list to "default application" check all boxes
to enable them
*go down the list to "privacy"....enable cookies
I'm not sure which one of these here actually does the trick to allow
the sites to open, I just enabled the obvious ones. Other than that
I just went to your site and then clicked the download sample and that
was that. No sweat.
iBill Billing
How am i charged? All billing is done through EZ Tokens. Their program
allows you to use your tokens as-you-go, so there is no charge for what
you do not use. We have found this to be the premiere token billing system
since it is handled through IBill's secure service, you are NEVER REBILLED,
and if you have any problems, their system allows us to help you out.
Your credit card will be discretely billed as "IBILLCS.com*Platinum
International." You can also charge your tokens to your checking
account and your telephone.
FAQ
iBill declines me on a second purchase?
This only happens if you try to purchase the same amount of tokens within
24 hours. It's a security issue they are working on resolving. There are
two workarounds:
1) simply purchase a different cost membership $10.00 or $20.00 or $50.00
2) wait 24 hours after your first purchase
This system actually insures that you are not charged twice for a purchase
on a site by accident or fraud.
Why do we use RealPlayer? After several years of experimenting,
RealPlayer seems to be the most stable, offers the best compression and
works equally well on with both the PC and Mac platforms. In the latest
player, you can watch video clips"full screen" by clicking View
> Zoom > Fully Screen. The quality is pretty unbelievable!
Download accelerators / "site suckers"?
Please do not use any utilities such as these to download your files.
They will not work. The files can only be downloaded in one of two ways:
either by clicking the link that is displayed after you make your purchase
and letting it download to the default location, or by right-clicking
(or control-clicking on Mac) and "saving target as."
Why zip up the files? Instead of charging you each time
you view the photos or watch the videos, you actually download the files
to your hard drive. You keep it for the one price you pay and then you
can watch it whenever you want. Zipping it ensures that the file is downloaded
to your machine, and not streamed off of our server.
How do you save the files? After you enter your username
and password, the browser will prompt you that you are about to download
a file. Take note of where you save the file. It is generally a good idea
to copy it to your desktop. Once the transfer is complete, go to your
desktop and double-click the file. Another window will open and you will
see the movie by double clicking on the filename.
The pages aren't showing up?
We've heard of this problem a few times, and in fact it has happened to
me. I found simply emptying your cache will solve this problem on Internet
Explorer 5 and higher. It's located under your internet preferences.
